Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan

I was offered an upgrade to a suite and it was great! my kids loved it, it has an extra TV area and a table for 4 with a little kitchenette with plates, glasses, utensils, etc. The bathroom is bigger than the regular rooms and we got it at the highest floor so the view was exceptional.

personalize concierge for the sky tower .. Gerardo was amazing made me feel like home .. helped in all of our needs .. Karla, Fanny and Guillermo also very attentive. the General Manager Lic Selene was very nice and trying to make the stay as pleasant as she could with her concierge team. the valet parking and the staff at the door was excellent..

Nice and beautiful room, gigantic bathroom, astonishing view from the room and excellent the location near to everything.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint is the room service that took way longer than we were told and a broken ventilation shaft by the window that created a lot of noise. Other than that, the location is close to many bars and restaurants and everything was clean.
